Is there a dress code?
Yes our dress code is :
formal / black tie.
We encourage you to dress elegantly.

Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is free and available at the church and reception venue.
Additional parking for the reception venue is right across the venue on preston street.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation.
Thank you for understanding and respecting our wishes.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
You are welcome to capture a few special moments. We kindly ask that guests remain mindful of our professional photo and video team and avoid stepping into aisles or blocking key moments.

To ensure everything runs seamlessly, a member of our coordination team may gently ask guests to step back or put their phones away if needed
Is there a cost to attend the wedding?
No, attending the ceremony is free of charge. However, the reception is a paid experience, and a contribution of 160$ per person is required to participate.
What are the menu options for people with dietary restrictions ?
We will be serving a Haitian buffet with a selection of dishes for you to enjoy. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time, and we will gladly explore suitable options with you.
Is there a wedding registry ?
We do not have a traditional registry. Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift.

For those who wish to honor us with a gift, monetary contributions are warmly appreciated. A gift box will be available at the reception, and our trusted coordination team will be present to assist you if needed.
Are kids also invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
Are there accommodations near the reception venue ?
For your convenience, we recommend accommodations near the Preston Event Centre or in Downtown Ottawa, both just a short drive from the venue.

Can I change the name of my PAID RSVP?
Yes, name changes can be accommodated up to two weeks prior to the event.
After this deadline, all RSVPs become final and non-transferable. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.
What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate late confirmations. We encourage all guests to RSVP on time to secure their place.
